ZWIG, is a black owned private investment management company that facilitates the effective participation of women, in the economy, across a spectrum of industries. ZWIG adds value to investee companies through business development and creates value by giving contributing to the realisation of the strategic goals.

ZWIG adheres to an investment policy underscored by the belief that real and significant change to the South African business landscape will only come about through the efforts of individuals from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds that remain committed to creating innovative synergies, forging new partnerships and promoting social cohesion.

The founding shareholders provided start-up funding for ZWIG. The directors are operational and active in all investments and aim to make equity investments in established business and assist them in achieving their growth objectives and comply with regulations.
ZWIG directors believe in sharing and creating wealth for other shareholders.
In principle ZWIG is happy to bring on bard broad based structures as and when so desired by the company.

ZWIG Foundation

Premised on reserving a significant percentage of group profits towards ZWIG foundation activities.

Our primary mission is to actively participate in social reinvestment activities with a bias toward projects that promote the development, education and advancement of women in the global economy.

Our first project being the adoption of New Horizons. A non profit making school which was founded in 1983 in response to the old Bantu Education system. The school is in financial distress and unable to sustain itself and continue its outreach project of providing a bursary for 6 academically advanced underprivileged kids.

Promoting Arts and Culture in Soweto. The foundation does this through exposing talented Soweto Artists to new markets and ensuring ongoing mentoring and off take of their work.
