Metro FM Heat Wave : Creative Concept & Design
Task
To create top-of-mind awareness for Metro FM as a premium brand over Dec and January holiday period by executing 5 major concerts in South Africa (3 coastal, 2 inland), each headlined by a top local SA artist and supported by other acts.
To strongly position ‘Hunter’s as the brand that truly ‘Refreshes like nothing on earth’
Methodology
Map out a full project implementation plan with the task team, Distell and the Brand agency
Offer top-class line-up at all 5 venues with action-packed programme
Produce top quality productions with a high impact visibility campaign
Control and monitor all activities during the implementation of the plan
Project meetings to assess achievement /objectives, clearly identifying issues and proposing remedial action
Results
World-class production and logistics at all events
Brand visibility through mobile billboard, posters, banners and flyers
After parties at night-clubs attracted excellent crowds
Attendance figures at inland venues exceeded those at coastal venues
